1 NOTE Viola participated with Ruby Hansen in compiling the family history. This task was in preparation for the Dimmig family reunion held in 1973 in Atlantic, Iowa. It was in special celebration of the 100th year following John Dominick Dimmig’s arrival in America. The reunion was held at the Saints Peter &Paul Catholic Church. Ninety relatives attended.
