1 NOTE Julia Francis was the sister of George Beer Paddison and John Beer Paddison. George was the oldest, John the fourth and Julia the sixth of thirteen children of William Paddison and Mary Beer. This is per Dottie Mullis 12-02-02. Julia Frances who married Henry Harper Curtis emigrated with him to NSW - where she bore 4 children. They returnesd to Neath where he opned a jewellery shop in Wind Street and then in New St, Neath, before they emigrated to Colorado. Julia met Henry Harper Curtis when she sent to Neath for a clock repairer when the grandfather clock at Trenache farm was out of order. She had been running the household for her widowed father since she was 13. They married in 1849. She died in 1913 in Colorado, - she had 200 living descendants.
