She was born March 4, 1913, in Casper to Charles and Esther Short Horstman. She graduated from Natrona County High School and the University of Wyoming.
She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, the P.E.O. Sisterhood and the BPOE Does.
She is survived by daughters Elizabeth (Keith) Kendall-Browne and Barbara Blair Smith of Colorado Springs, Colo., six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Marilyn, brother Carl Horstman and her parents.
Services will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, in the Christ Episcopal Church Memorial Garden.
