Odebolt Iowa July 7, 1908

Dear brother, How are you to day I am well and hope the same for you. How are the folks up there we are all well down here. Where was you the forth of July. I was over to the Veits and had a nice time And John and Mary were to Wall Lake and so was Charly and William. Is Matt home yet diddent you hear from Nick yet. Who is Uncle Joe I do not know who uncle Joe is I can not think who he can be. Please answer this letter and tell us he is. I like it so well up here and I do not know when to come home but I will come home and you do not know it. I am not working so hard to heart (hurt) myself. Wasn?t Frank home yet. And I am going to bring a little cat home when I am coming home. And Mary said I could for they got five litte cats. And they are just starting to open their eyes now. Tell them all hellow for me and your self Answer this letter as soon as you can. Your loving sister Caroline. If there is a rainy day then you can come down and then the boys going fishing and Charly said if you are coming up here they were going to have a fine time. I thing I half to close for this time.
