Anne R. Sibilia dies at 89
THURSDAY, MARCH 28, 2013 PASCACK VALLEY COMMUNITY LIFE PRINT | E-MAIL Emerson ? Anne “Nina” Sibilia, a longtime resident of Emerson, passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on March 12.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Victor, and her siblings, Gus LaForgia, Dolly Profita and Roccy LaForgia.
Loving and devoted mother of Roberta Steinberg (Jeff), Regina Sullivan (Terry), Victor, Renee Yuhas (Tom), Rosanne Kammerer (Mark), and Robin Sue Henry (Paul). Cherished Gram of Lindsay (Patrick), Brett, Scott, Lauren, Drew, Wes, Taylor, Madison, Dylan, Tyler, and Kelsey. Proud Great-Grammy of Hannah, Noelle and Brynn. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Nina left her family with many warm and wonderful memories of their summers at the Spring Lake beach house. She will be remembered for her dedication and love for her family.
The wake was held on Friday, March 15 at William G. Basralian Funeral Home, Oradell. The funeral mass celebrating Nina’s life was held on March 16 at Church of the Assumption in Emerson. Interment followed at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Northern New Jersey and Rockland Chapter.
