Dear Roger,
Thank you for the note and picture–the two people are my parents Ruth Elizabeth and Alfred Horstman and in all probability the pic was taken before I was born. I would guess between 1921 and 1923, Inasmuch as he was a telegrapher with the Chicago and Northwestern RR it could have been at the time of their wedding in Thermopolis, WY in 1921.
