Rose Roberta Silletti was born in Italy. She arrived in the United States, 28 Sep 1921, when 4 months old. Her mother, Rosa Silletti nee LaForgia, had traveled back to Italy prior to Roses’ birth. Reasons for travel are unknown.
1 NOTE Rose lived in Panorama City where Doug and Bruce grew up. They moved to Simi Valley after her sister, Madeline, died. Rose and Mac were moving to Mississippi to live when she died. They were traveling in a motor home and she passed away in Texas. Mac did eventually build a house on the property they owned in Mississippi.
