Notes
Ann Alloway House née Burnell
Hello again Roger, Next up-date. I have just realised the difference between ‘Ann’ & ‘Ann A’. They were 2 different people. George Beer Paddison married twice and both wives were from North Curry, Somerset.
The first wife, who I have only seen referred to as Ann, rather than Sara Ann, died Q2 1863 Neath Reg District as Ann Paddison. He then married Ann Alloway House, (nee Burnell) Q3 1870 Bridgwater Reg District. She was previously married to Thomas House who died Q4 1866 Taunton Reg District age 50. This explains why Ann No 2 was referred to as step ma on the 1891 census when she & George were living with Frederick & Mary Davies. 1891 & 1901 census pages attached. Do let me know if there are any other census pages required. Regards Ian Howes
